I was pleasantly surprised to find a few more posts to my thread from yesterday. I see the subject matter can certainly bring up some interesting suggestions.

There has been no update, and I still do not know the cause of death. Might be a week or so yet.

And as for you Doc, I know exactly what you mean by being the family go to for the dying. I have cleaned up after 2 prior deaths in the family. One of them was my ex-husband and the other one was his wife. Yeah you read that right. The big difference is, their bodies were removed within 12 hours of death. We knew what the cause was and it wasn't disease. So I immediately went to work to help restore things to some semblance of normalcy, mostly for my children's sake. It was their father, and 8 months prior, his wife that I had to do this for. Yeah it's crazy I know.

With all this death cleanup I'm starting to feel like a damn buzzard LOL. I have to laugh, I'm starting to wonder if that's what God put me here for.

I am almost 62 years old, female, and I don't see real well, so doing the cleanup and dispersing of things is not a fun job for me. Thank God I have help from my son.

As for probate, nobody cares. Nobody questions anything. Not on the homes that I have dealt with. There are no liens, and no back taxes are owed. Believe me I have already checked all of that out. But I'm still not going in this one until I know what the cause of death is. As I mentioned in a prior post, I do have a respirator and Tyrek suit now which should get here next week. Got one for me and my son both.
