There are many ways to interpret those numbers.

Are we talking per capita?

Meaning for the population and the testing , is the US comparatively the lowest?

Smaller populations will of course have lower numbers and the reverse for higher populated countries.

Sweden for example will naturally have smaller numbers , but if you were to multiply that by the US population, would not those numbers increase.

The CDC ESTIMATES that from the total testing at this time, (current and anti-body tests) the country has had approximately 20 million positives. With 130,000 or so deaths that's a death rate of around .065 It may not be official but that's probably the real numbers.

Do the math, with the number of test we have done, we can determine fairly closely how many people have it. Divide that massive number by the deaths and you get the lowest number.

Other countries would have lower death rates if they tested more and had a larger population.
