Many are likely spies anyway.
What I find hard to understand is WHY chinese students come here for education anyway. Their education system is supposedly superior to ours anyway, so why do they not get their degrees in China? Why are we giving them basically a free education. (yes, foreigners get more aid dollars than Americans do).
Only reason I can come up with is China wants them HERE to spy.
