Further, the "ethnic people" by which you mean black people are not now rich. They're poor because they ran the country/economy into the ground because black people are incapable of following the rule of law. Therefore they have no stability. Everybody just start stealing for themselves, and everything goes to shit. See, civilization is a very, very important thing. Black people seem genetically capable of only a very basic civilization. It is based around ethnicity, and the relative physical power of the ethnicities. White civilization is very different. White civilization is relatively stable.
