Has anybody ever heard of Hemi-sync?
Does anyone know anything about this stuff? Like, does it really work? I just ran across it a few moments ago, and I must say, It seems pretty amazing. At the very least the video is awe inspiring! Makes me kinda wish I had some mushroom caps.

But really, does this mind control via soundwave patterns have any weight to it?

Here is a link to the hemi-sync website:
[link to www.hemi-sync.com]
And a link to some torrents of the same product:
[link to isohunt.com]

There is also a similar product called holosync:
[link to www.centerpointe.com]
And here's a link to some torrents for that product too:
[link to isohunt.com]

If anyone could give me more info than I have already found and posted that would be nice. Like personal experience and stuff... And for those of you that are not familiar with this stuff, well, I hope that I have helped you to broaden your horizons a bit. Enjoy the video.

Re: Has anybody ever heard of Hemi-sync?
I have the Holosync CD that I use for mediation.

It helps me go into a deep meditative state. It's a great CD, but WAY WAY too expensive.

I've bought a couple of hemi sync CDs from the Monroe Institute but they didn't do much for me.

Re: Has anybody ever heard of Hemi-sync?
I had a friend a few years back who had been to the Monroe Institute and was a firm believer in this type of consciousness work. He was very convincing in his stories of his experiences there, and with the other people he had met through the institute.

I was very tempted to go myself, but never had the opportunity to do so.

I'd love to go as well. It's like $2000 though, plus airfare. Pretty steep. But I'm sure it would be an interesting experience, at the very least.

The home hemisync stuff is good for relaxation, meditative states and all that, but it won't do any of the hard work for you.

YES I practiced with hemi-sync earlier in the year it is really amazing, honestly I didn't pursue it as much after the first week because it ended up scaring me how deep it took me down the rabbit hole.

This is one of the reasons I didn't pursue this. Not sure I want to go where it could take me.

Would you elaborate on this a bit for me? Were you getting in to the astral projection stuff, or the out of body experience? Why would you get scared?

Just to add a bit more for those still unfamiliar with this stuff, I found an intro video

And I also found another torrent link, probably the same as the above links, but I tried a different search word:

For some reason, I posted the same video as the original. Sorry about that. I'll try for the intro again

Re: Has anybody ever heard of Hemi-sync?
Hemi-synch is great for things like addictions, obssessive conditions, worrying too much, grief, etc. It has a funny way of bringing order to your mind. I found you get happier, more ambitious, less prone to self-destructive thoughts and behaviour, you develop a strong desire to grow and prosper and achieve. I have a feeling it's great for depression and addiction. If you're trying to work with The Secret, it would really get your mind clear and focused for bringing positive things into your life.

That's my own personal experience with hemi-synch. It's not psychedelic candy that will open portals to other dimensions- LOL.

The visualizations they talk you through to coincide with moments where you fall further and further into the focus levels got very vivid, so it became almost a light lucid dream, but the fear I had was a lot like the fear of learning to swim, the terror of it, learning this stuff really is like learning to walk.

But another real fear is that the out of body stuff, which was my goal, you have to pass through a certain gateway before achieving that, and part of the gateway is sleep paralysis + this pulsing sensation, and this stuff is all subtle as a brick, it's so intense. but I'm planning on continuing this journey ASAP

You can use brainwave generator for similar effect. Only problem is that you have to figure out how to use the damn thing. Still the same principle though. Binuaral frequencies for brainwave entrainment. Pretty cool stuff.

Ok, I was just talking about listening to a hemi-synch CD with a binaural beat on it. Nothing too complicated.

Psychedelic candy... that's pretty funny! Man, you would not believe the world I saw after eating mushrooms!! I still see it today, and it's been four years since I last munched. And I'm telling you, a 1/4 oz. down the gullet, and I could sit and watch these videos 'till my eyes dry out!

But yeah, I never expect no hyper- dimensional portal or anything, though I did notice in some torrents there were tracks about astral projection and the like. Very interesting to me.

I also found and downloaded that brainwave generator the other ac mentioned, I believe one of the links above will get you to it. Can't wait to see what that's all about!
