Eat healthy, find a delicious fruit to indulge in, mineral water and lime. When you get it under control and your body and mind heals. Treat yourself to a few and even a enjoy a smoke in a special occasion. We need to get strong for the unknown and purge what control us. |

Good for you! Smoking is a hard habit to kick It's soul crushing.....harhar, not really, but close. I started shelling out the bucks for American Spirit cigarettes, because at least there's not 162 chemicals in them, and I've found I'm smoking less....and I'm not having the horrible mind bending cravings I had with the others. I think I might even be saving a little money on cigs at this point, despite the fact they're expensive (for cigs). Who knows, I might be able to cut back to almost smoking nothing, given a bit of time....and no stress to quit yesterday, which I get. I can seriously still hear that ICU doc after I had a heart attack, "You smoke, you die." He must've said it at least twenty times. And yes, good for you, OP!..... To change something build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. -Buckminster Fuller ...I adapt to the unknown, under wandering stars I've grown, by myself, but not alone... So much cheaper to buy just the leaf and shred and roll your own. They have organic also. [link to www.leafonly.com (secure)] 578.00 for initial purchase of shredder and electric roller. 15 lbs leaf and 25 boxes of tubes for 6 months, at a carton a week. I didn't go organic. I like this mix. Your shipping may be less, and you can find a good promo code usually. [link to i.gyazo.com (secure)] Then it's just the 15 lbs leaf and the tube packs for each 6 months. Stores great, is fine if it dries out, you just put the amount you are going to shred into a container and re hydrate it with a wet paper towel or pieces of carrot, whatever. |

I will most likely create a thread on here and blog the process. If any of you feel like jumping on board, you're more than welcome! You can join the thread and log your experience along the way with me. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76265516 Sounds good ill be checking in |
