We have not seen the Real Economic aftermath of CoVid-19 Yet

Yes, it's great to receive the checks making $20hr from unemployment, etc..... It will end.

Unfortunately, everything is propped up and there are a lot of business that aren't going to survive regardless of what happens. We really haven't seen the real aftermath.
The comfort we are experiencing will negate into pain. Migration patterns are changing due to affordability issues. Foreclosures will skyrocket.

It will be big, fast and hard.
