The home should be sacrosanct. This is a win for the public, and it will avoid putting police into dangerous and potentially kinetic situations.

Now the left and right need to come together and get rid

It's a win because cops usually break down the wrong door. For some reason cops and the intel are never on the same page. We need law and order, but a lot of cops get it wrong more than they get it right. Most of the time it's just for drugs anyways.

The exception I feel would be in a search for a terrorism suspect who has an extremely high likelyhood of being directly involved in terror attacks - those cases should be an exception

Since it is illegal anyway no matter what anyone claims to execute a search warrant or arrest warrant without first serving it to the individual with the due process of law, a which is he is allowed to read the fucking warrant before they come into the house. The way the system is set up they can get search warrants over the phone and serve them before or even without without presenting them. This is unconstitutional.

It will be delcared unconstitutional for the simple reason the vast majoirty thinks its an insane idea to cause all of this death and destruction on the one excuse the persons will destroy evidence, specifically drugs

If you can destroy it in the time it takes for them to knock on the door and show you the warrant, then it sure isnt worth killing someone over, or taking that risk.

The same with these high speed chases. They all end the same way, with an innocent person getting slammed into by the fleeing person. Almost always it is minor offenses they were running over.

Truth be known alot of them just shoot anything that moves.

There have been at least two cases where homeowners shot police who did this and were exonerated. I'm sure it is not something they put on the news when it does happen, too.
