Yes. The US population is so sick. Would be so easy and inexpensive to educate and promote the taking of vitamins/mineral supplements. Must be intentional that this info is not offered to us.

The reason our health care costs are so high compared to other countries:

1. Gov control of healthcare makes it more expensive. I worked as a Hospital Administrator a long time ago. The cost of paperwork is HUGE to get reimbursed for Medicare, Medicaid, etc.

2. A LARGE underclass with poor health habits including a horrible diet, obesity, drugs, alcohol, smoking, and rampant STDs. Most Euro countries do not have the same percentage. BTW, this underclass cuts across all races.

3. Big Pharma lobbyists and money to keep our drug costs high and limit generics. There is crony capitalism as well, e.g., the FDA limited the number of suppliers of SALINE SOLUTION, so now it is in shortage. WTF? Its sterile salt water.

If people were taught (repeated message) to take a well constructed daily multi vit/mineral pill/liquid and toxic food was not allowed, bet 80% of need to see a doctor would be gone.

They only do that because they or others will eat them not out of the goodness in their hearts.

Here we actually are smart enough to take care of ourselves.

When a young man working on the family farm, we had the healthiest hogs and cattle by giving them supplements in the food, this in the late 50’s. Now older I see attacks on taking supplements all the time. Over the years from my early experience I know big pharm or whomever does not want us healthy.

When I was younger, going into my 70’s my body was breaking down, old injuries were causing me to stay in the car while my wife shopped, I could not go into town and wander around, I was fighting dimentia, I forgot my daughters name. At that time, my clock was running out. So as a retired bio teacher, I researched.

Now 81, I can walk several miles, my neuropathies is gone, pain is mostly gone, dimentia is gone, I am looking younger and feeling younger and am younger all due to easily attained nutrients, much like we did with the cattle and hogs. As and aside, I do have five joint replacements due to injuries and hard work, but I am the luckiest man alive.

when they go to the OB clinic,they will get their bottles of prenatal vitamins, and cereals etc are fortified w/b complex & folic acid--read the labels and then back to WIC which does have their guidelines for approved items along w/them getting their foodstamps and deciding between crap and food.

anyway nobody ever paid for our vitamin mineral supplements & even the ranchers and farmers PAY for their animals mineral/vitamin/colostrum etc supplements.

If you want to look for the ideal diet for health, look at what professional bodybuilders eat.

They talk about horses can't eat too many carbs or their feet get fucked up yet they fill us full of sugary carb filled junk food and wonder why we are getting metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes.
