Most likely it’s the ship yards that build and repair ships. I saw the smoke and a horrible burning tire small in the air the last few hours. The white plastic is a protective covering while it’s getting worked on. There would not be a navy fire crew at a civilian ship yard. From the lack of smoke now it seems to be over

Yea right, fires aboard USN vessels moored pier-side undergoing routine maintenance is a very rare occurrence so we it must be suspicious. Our ship had a small fire in port once. Not uncommon at all, especially if welding is going on. That one looks pretty big though, Id think more than one compartment.
