I would imagine that everything said or written by you is then run through an AI or algorithm to determine if what your are saying is "sensitive". Then if it is determined that it is "sensitive" then it starts recording and a human being pops on to monitor it.

They have dossier on everyone.

I actually had an idea back in the day. I called it operation encumbrance. So basically it involved devices and computers to download basically harmless software that would at a specific time click on and start to make it seem like every user in North America was engaged in "sensitive" data information. Overload their setup.
