Why do you folks assume that Chinese engineers have their heads up their asses when they work? Don't you think that maybe, just maybe - seeing as they lie in the path of hurricanes each year - they anticipated these types of scenarios. Sometimes I think that people here are desperate for doom scenarios, so much so that they start thinking with their heads up their asses.....wait a minute...did someone from this board design that dam?
