If you notice, when he says "I'm fine" he oddly waves his leg in front of the camera.

Someone on twat thinks he's signalling that he's "fine" because he's not wearing an ankle monitor like some others seem to be. Singing and dancing maybe? He says there are no "signs" in this video. The whole thing can be interpreted as many different signs just because it's so crazy. Fuel to the fire.
