I can only see a boy's head, practically a quarter of it, one eye, mouth taped up with tape, maybe an A - Interpretation: Someone gives Amazon people a code to watch out because they are on the trail of those who abuse the children - maybe the photo is of a victim who had been abused.
But since it's only an eye that looks, it's from the Illuminati themselves who sent the message or warning.

Easy explanation: It's fake. Every bit of "evidence" that is suddenly taken down and only available via screenshot has the potential of being manipulated.

You really think that someone buying a person/child (which is obviously highly illegal) is going to make a recordable transaction through a website? This would make the transactions under 3rd party control (and able to be subpoenaed if there was an investigation.)

You think that traffickers want to pay taxes on the people they buy and sell? (because you have to pay taxes on Wayfair and Amazon)

With the ability of encryption, and services like TOR and Onion websites, you really think that traffickers are going to advertise the selling of people and children (which is obviously highly illegal) on websites accessed by millions of people?

I've always loved conspiracies. It brings out a lot of critical thinkers and some great insight. This is by far the dumbest conspiracies I've ever heard of.

Oh I've done plenty of research. All the names are very common and can be found in the collections the products come from. The product names may have existed before the child went missing.

Common sense shows that this is a nonexistent conspiracy.
