I don't think the kids are going back to school in this country.. I don't know about others. By this country I mean the USA where I do live.

I don't think your churches will be up and running.

I don't think there will be elections.

I think there will be more exposure on your TV's.

I think you need to be able to help others around you in lots of ways.

I think those of you spiritual maturity will need to do a lot of going with the flow...

I think a lot of stores will shut down because of the costs escalating to stay in business.

I think the food stocks which are way down.. and many will be standing at food banks... if the food banks have stocked well enough.. some of the food shortages are related to stocking food banks for this coming discomfort.

I think if you refuse to stock you will be proven Stupid. And I think those expecting a rapture out of will will be proved very disappointed. For it is time to GROW UP .

You will manifest the Divine which is not the pretend shit in the sky.. you know which Image I mean.. I have posted it all the place. You will learn to LOVE and serve.

The double stranded RNA virus created in American labs has been mostly removed.

The COVID 19 REAL test is for gamma radiation illness... the rest of corona running around is just standard corona cold viruses.

Gamma rays often affect lung tissue so getting any respiratory illness is not a good idea.

@All is one, can you tell me how to see the light within? How to hear that true voice of God? The inner voice that releases you from all fears, inner voice that lets you know your oneness with all I am.

I was atheist up to 2015 when I started questioning the universe and time, led me on a wild ride but when I read the secret book of John I realized The True Father is in all things! And that Christ is within us. God is the Word and we are those words, Thought, but I pray and ask Father/Mother to show me the light to hear that voice but have not had the experience!

Proper meditation and request of such! Must quiet your mind so the Father and angels and others can get a word in edgewise. The mind was not be stewing.. You don't stop the mind.. you just clear it and slow it down.

Just keep working on the quieting... its pretty simple.. just lie in a pleasant place and take continuous slow belly breathes... concentration ON the breaking which slows down the inner voice of thought. practice will make perfect.

You don't need to pray so much.... just let your quieting mind be receptive.. doesn't hurt to ask thru prayer though...but meditation is the WAY...And thank you for you story and asking....you are waking up.. that is the goal and be patient with it.

Sometimes I am seeking something needed.... knowledge wise or whatever ever... and other times when I need a tad of inspiration... I ask to know where I need to KNOW or what I need to move forward that day. I do this fairly frequently during meditation I do usually as I wake up. I have a habit.. of hitting the snooze button on my old smart phone which I use now to set about 20 alarms... for various uses...

and use those 10 to 20 minutes to meditate....sometimes I just fall back to sleep but even then.. when the snooze goes off again... I will get something...more like something waiting for me to awaken again. Sometimes nothing..

Prayer is nice but its not meditation... and you can even learn to use to meditation to ask for help for others which can be more effective in being heard than prayer...

I get days where I can stay in meditation for hours as I work here on the computer in fact.. again practice will make perfect and do not get frustrated .. just keep working GENTLY at it.. because if you get mad or upset if you don't get what you want... it blocks the whole process. I get times where the meditation is empty... nothing new apparent... and I get times when I simply can't get into it.. something on my mind say I can't put aside.

My best CURE for pain and nausea is to go into the deep breathing.. and keep gently picturing the pain or nausea etc abating... so use the breathing for this too.. you gain the power this way to control it.

I have seen asian patients after surgery who never take the morphine or whatever.. they just lie in quiet focus taking those deep breathes.... it can be "life saving" to master the breathing.

You just take in a SLOW deep breath and let your lower BELLY expand as your fill your lungs full.. hold it a few seconds..... you will know when to release.. and then it out slowly .. take a tiny break and repeat the process. IT IS Powerful and if you have never done this practice often... until its natural.

you can learn to do it at times during the day even at work.. if there are upsetting activities. When I was a nurse... and the floor I was on in the hospital became tense... I would back then make the excuse of going to the bathroom.. where I did my breathing in expectation for a answer of what to do.. or to just get myself relaxed; I often did the breathing when I was sitting at the desk writing in patient charts..... Gradually getting into these habits will change your life.. Whether you call it your Inner Father.. or the Universe... you obtain the universe.. Because your Father Fragment besides advising you.. is all the portal of the full mind of 3rd person Trinity.. which is the HOLY SPIRIT and is the COSMIC MIND.. the ALL THAT IS....And as you go into meditation.. you may see on your INNER SCREEN a small shiny blue dot.. when that appears... you are IN THE COSMIC mind.

And that true voice of God will not be in your ears... it will be heard as "Thought words" in your mind... You get to your angels the same way and they reply the same way.

I do have some advanced telepathy reception many might not have.. but the still quiet "voice " can always be there.

I have special circuits allowing a more intense telepathy for this role I play.. but I didn't have that when younger... as a small child I often went to my room.. the house and life was sometimes chaotic and did this breathing that I somehow just knew how to do... and heard the small quiet voice.. but didn't then the kind of telepathic conversation I have until much later.

Keep your peace and patience in the process.. because emotion WILL SCREW IT UP.

I forgot to mention as you do into the breathing you should also be relaxing your body from head to toe... that would be the first important part during the breathing is to relax your body... and if you are just tense sometimes... the breathing and relaxing part will re charge you. And sometimes also provide something more.

And as I keep going here to one above.. be observant of ANY INTUITION ... IF you get a hunch when driving to change lanes.. get off the road or whatever do it. Intuition is always connection.. always and there have been several situations in my life where I ignored and paid a price.. Ig noted it once when after taking a friend to the doctor during the winter... and continued on in the car.. and got broadsided..... Listen to those hunches and things.

How can you say the virus is real when it has not been identified? They have no pictures of it at all. They did not It identify it .

Also the nih.gov just put out a study showing that 5g can give people corona virus . Meaning it WAS 5 g poisoning that happens to wuhann people

The big bad one.. was a double strand RNA virus custom made in the lab.... from a corona virus and another. Some labeled it a respiratory aids and such but it had nothing of AIDS in it.. Aids is a double strand custom virus made from Sheep vishnu brain rot and bovine leukemia...

This virus was made from a strand of corona virus... and using some bat stuff but not bats from china.. Star Fleet has some amazing abilities with electromagnetic viruses and has destroyed it. The bat stuff was used to blame it on China.

There are still coronaviruses... not just the custom corona bat one. Esu was going to give me more details of the bat part but since they decided to knock it back.. its not necessary and may have been dangerous for me to release anyway to me and members of my team...

The Chinese consulate in Texas here that was closed... they were not stealing our corona vaccination stuff.. they had found where and how the virus came to be and I understand.. those records are in safe keep before they burned the papers...News is not always "accurate.".. as many of you know.

Thank you for sharing! I am actually in week 3 of the Wim Hof Meathod. Although this week I have been slacking due to work, home, time seems to be picking up a faster pace. But I have made time each night for the push ups, stretching, cold shower and the meditation. I do quantum breathing. I try to focus on the forehead to visualize my breathing in and out. During my time I get ringing in my ear with outside sounds echoing (instant thought pop) like my heart beating is distorting the outside sound vibrating it. The beat of the heart is loud,slow then I lose focus feeling uncomfortable I guess from hearing every beat of the heart that loud.

Try very hard to not let the outside effect the inside, not to speak in judgment against any of our brother and sisters. Someone said to me a few years ago, Be unattached from Everything expect my own Joy! Since then I did just that with martial things (Still a few attachments but slowly letting go.) once again Thank you for sharing your insight on meditation. I am 41 married with two sons at home. My youngest is autistic age 6 so outside things tend to get a little loud and distracting during my session time. But I will stick with it. I want to feel that connection of oneness to release all fears and experience that Truth, Love. My traumas in life has left me unable to give love, caring. I honestly don’t feel that I know love. I know how to say and do what people do to express it, But I don’t feel it in my heart. I feel that is my goal after a lot of looking at my shadow!
