I've been craving authentic Chinese food but I'm a bit scared to walk into a Chinese restaurant

I won't be walking into any restaurant.

I live in China and all I want to eat is pizza.

Once you've seen the kitchen and how the old Chinese guys work in one, you'll never want authentic Chinese food again.

Talk to your doctor about anxiety, they can prescribe something to bring you back to your god damn senses...

There are only a handful of Chinese restaurants in the US cooking authentic Chinese food. Ninety eight or ninety nine percent of them sell Americanized Chinese food.

You know the guys back in the kitchen shit and piss in the same bowls they use to stir the entrees? They come in to work no matter how sick and spit up their phlegm right into whatever dish they're cooking. Even when not sick, they blow their noses right into the fried rice

The trouble is each country has to have their manufacturing back and/or find another country to do some of their manufacturing (not all, that's how we ended up in this mess)

LOL Yeah, make your own food at home for several reasons.

1. spit in your food.
2. filth and disease from the food handlers
3. overpriced restaurant food that is NOT that good anyway

Make it at home yourself.

All you really need are the sauces...which they sell at the grocery store.

That sweet hot brown sauce they use is called peanut sauce. They also have orange sauce, tai sauce, stir fry sauce, etc, etc.

The freezer case at trader Joe's has those.

There is good frozen Chinese food at the grocery store or Costco. It is expensive for frozen dinners but cheaper than going to restaurant.

Kahiki beats PF Chang's.

The frozen vegans are making lots of dinners so beware of Ch'ken meals with fake meat.

Once you get sauces making from scratch is easy even in the RV or campfire using the steel skillet.
