With around 95% of post graduates in journalism being white In the UK and 55% being male, 95 out of 100 people employed in a company will be white if equal opportunity employment is being adhered too. Look at the staff in the UK operation: [ link to djmag.com (secure)] There are 7 members, one being black, he makes up 14.29% of overall staff. How is that not a true reflection of the industry taking the numbers of graduates above?
