I would say the report is more than likely correct. But as far as these "vehicles" being produced other than on earth, who says they are manned. Other civilizations may have sent these unmanned probes thousand of years ago. There is also the possibility they originate from earth, but thousands of years in the future. Those who have had interactions with these craft over the years will accept this story, if indeed ever told and confirmed and are not surprised. Other non-believers, will never accept it. I just wonder why, at this point in time, the gov't may begin to show it's cards on the UFO phenomenon.
