Cream of Wheat is good and oat meal as well.
I do not like the flavored ones only the plain ones, made with canned cream not milk or water.
Nothing wrong with sugar it is a natural plant substance, can use Sugar In The Raw to avoid processed white sugar.
Hot cereal is good even lat at night.

Cereal doesn't taste half as good as it used to. I complained to the makers of apple jacks and they blamed my taste buds but gave me coupons for 4 free boxes of cereal.
