Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75756784 Kodak went into Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (a "Reorganization") in 2012 and sold it's personal imaging and document imaging business to Kodak Alaris, a separate company At the time of the Chap 11 Bankrupcy Kodak also sold many of it's patents to a group of high tech firms in silly valley for about 1/2 Billion $$ fwiw.
