I'll say Dukkakis lost on his own merits -- or the lack thereof.

McCain's choice of that woman from Alaska was a big mistake.

She was an anchor around his neck.


Will Kamala be an asset or an anchor?

Or, given Biden's problems, will she be largely irrelevant, like Ferraro?
