My printer won't print. It says it's "offline." I have spent the past 3 hours trying to get it to work. :/

I don't really know how to do that. I've run the troubleshooter, but it just keeps telling me that it's turned off when it's not. I've restarted everything. It's connected wirelessly so I'm sure it has something to do with the connection, I just don't know where to find that info. hardwire it. ? I've fixed it before following instructions that I found online, but they're not working this time.
