That typically means that your computer can't communicate with it. Check your connections to it. If it is a network printer make sure it's on the network.

It's connected wirelessly so I'm sure it has something to do with the connection, I just don't know where to find that info. hardwire it. ? I've fixed it before following instructions that I found online, but they're not working this time. Ditch windows 10.
