Does anyone not use WiFi?

Now that you mention it, what did happen to all the 5gtards?

I prefer not to use WiFi. Wired connections are more reliable and faster. But, I also like my iPad. So I wire every device that is stationary. Power line Ethernet worked well for me.

As to worries about radiation and radio signals I don’t dismiss them. But we are bombarded by radio waves and radiation whether we have WiFi or not.

Nope, you can buy your own DOCSIS cable modem (many brands to choose from) and hook it up to a wired or wireless router.

That way you don't have to keep paying the cable modem rental fee every month.

Before buying, you should check with your cable provider that the modem is compatible.
