Buy some 100% PURE clove essential oil, put some on a q-tip or cotton swab and place it on and around the painful areas. This will work as a local anesthetic. Regular natural cloves can be placed used also but won't be as effective but you could mortor and pestle them into a paste which may improve the effect.

Gargling and mouth rinsing with salt water and periodically some 100% PURE tea tree essential oil will help prevent infection as well as halitosis. Peppermint or spearmint 100% PURE essential oils can also be used to add flavor, scent, and their own beneficial properties.

Oil pulling - which is the swish-swashing of oil in your mouth for around 20 minutes - can be implemented daily to improve circulation, clear out toxins and bacteria, and according to some - heal teeth and gums.
Coconut oil is the recommended choice due to flavor and weight (viscosity), however, any food grade oil can be used. About 1tbsp of oil is required.
My concern with oil pulling is how strong are your teeth and their roots. Do they break when eating an apple? If weak, go light on the oil pulling to see if it works for you.

When using essential oils less is more. These are high concentration plant extracts which can be harmful when used incorrectly. Research potential contraindications and recommendations before using an essential oil. Research essential oil recipes for precisely the ailment which troubles you, then research again for comparison, further understanding and knowledge, and to identify more available alternative oils which could also help.

During my time using essential oils I have noted that the same oils can be used for used for many different ailments. So when used from a 'medical perspective, one finds there is typically a common collection of oils which contain a wide range of basic general healing properties. Many oils will provide equivalent healing properties as others with subtle differences. Often such equivalents can be substituted in recipes because if their common properties.
Some essential oils although sharing common basic properties have unique properties which cannot be substituted or can only be substituted by other equally unique oils. These are often more expensive.

Make sure not to consume any ABSOLUTES. These are oils extracted by methods using SOLVENTS and will most probably have adverse effects.
Make sure not to consume PURE natural essential oils without years of knowledge and experience or the recommendation and guidance to do so from a professional in this field.
Essential oils can adversely affect pregnant women by altering hormones. This can lead to miscarriage.
Essentual oils can adversely affect animals. This can lead to DEATH.
Make sure when using essential oils you are aware of those specific oils potential impact on yourself, others around you, and your environment. Use sparingly, be considerate of others, clean up after yourself - clean with isopropyl alcohol.

Thank you for all the info everyone learned a lot of neat tricks. I’m going to try the coconut oil pulling although my teeth are pretty weak I’ll start gradually! A lot of these remedies have helped me in the past this is just downright scary though. Never had my gums swollen like this I thought it was gingavitis or something!

A 1/2 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda in a glass of water daily will make your body more alkaline. Bacteria cannot develop in an alkaline body. This is good for any infection.

You need to get to a dentist, or even call your doctor for antibiotics or go to urgent care for antibiotics.

Clove oil, tea bags (put it over the tooth after getting it wet, it’ll “pull” infection out).

Re: Ok guys I need help any strong home remedies for tooth pain?
oil of oregano. This stuff is super strong at killing infections. I have a filling that fell out during the lock down and could not see a dentist so I used a drop of OO on a tiny piece of cotton ball and stuck it into the hole made by the dentist drill. Within 24 hours my infection was gone.

The best place to buy OO that I found is Survival Enterprises. Their oil has the highest curvacrol levels I could find.

This stuff can also be dropped into empty capsules and taken orally if you are ever sick with say the Corona Virus. I know from experience since it saved my wifes life last year when she was severely sick with cov virus. She had to sleep up right for 3 nights and could barely walk. I gave capsules filled with OO every morning and night and she started to be better by day 3. The OO saved her life. A guy in the same town that same week with the same symptoms died and he was very healthy.

Even dentists will tell you that.

Good Home Remedies for a Toothache
Good Home Remedies for a Toothache
July 5, 2013 Dental Health, Patient Education
Toothaches vary in their intensity and frequency. At their worst, they can make it hard for us to concentrate upon anything other than the throbbing pain. Toothache (or odontalgia, the clinical term) can be caused by a variety of oral disturbances. The most frequent culprits are dental cavities, which occur when bacterial-formed acids eat through tooth enamel and leave the softer tissue inside – and its nerve endings – exposed. Pain can also be caused by dental caries (soft decayed areas within a tooth), pulpitis (inflammation of tooth pulp) and periodontitis (a disease that attacks the gum and bone around a tooth). The underlying cause of an ache will determine which home remedies will be most effective in combating the pain.

Peppermint oil is one of the most popular and effective natural treatments for tooth pain. 3 or 4 drops applied directly to the affected tooth will exert a potent numbing effect upon the area. A similar effect can be achieved by applying oregano oil to the tooth (not the surrounding gums) for five to ten minutes. Oregano oil can be rubbed on with a cotton swab, though some people prefer to apply it directly with a dropper. It not only alleviates the pain but can also prevent its recurrence.

Clove oil contains eugenol, which acts as an anesthetic as well as an antiseptic on affected teeth. Like other treatment oils, you can rub it onto an aching tooth with a cotton swab. A similar effect can be achieved using a mixture of clove powder (which also contains eugenol) and vanilla extract (which intensifies its anesthetic properties). Chewing on yarrow leaves can reduce the pain as well as the swelling often associated with an infected tooth.

Cold compresses can provide temporary but quick surcease for an aching tooth, as the intense cold desensitizes the area for a brief time. Don’t apply ice to the area directly, but rather wrap a cube in a towel or cloth first.

Hydrogen peroxide, diluted with water, can nullify some of the pain of a toothache while at the same time helping to sanitize your mouth. Alcohol acts similarly as both anesthetic and antiseptic. A shot of liquor, allowed to sit upon an effected tooth for a couple of minutes, can exert a numbing effect. If you hadn’t intended to actually imbibe the alcohol, simply spit it out after using it for this purpose.

Many of the available home remedies for toothache won’t necessarily address the underlying problems that are causing the pain to begin with. A more thorough process of investigation – or dental work – may be necessary. But when we’re hurting, we can more easily consider long-term solutions when we’re able to find short-term relief. In the meantime, be careful not to aggravate an aching tooth further. If the act of chewing causes pain, try to stick to soups, yogurt, applesauce and other very soft foods. Avoid hot or cold drinks and sweet foods if you feel particularly sensitive to them. A combination of caution (i.e., avoiding anything that aggravates our teeth) and remedial care (using any of the applications discussed here) can go a long way towards alleviating tooth distress. It can give us peace of mind while we look for a long-term solution.

Re: Ok guys I need help any strong home remedies for tooth pain?
This works 100% however it takes time to make.

It's called Fire Cider aka homemade antibiotics.

Look up Magical Hoof-making Best Antibiotic Ever Survival Capsules

I use:

6 habaneros
6 Jalapenos
1 Horseradish Root or Jar
1 Ginger root
1 Tumeric powder a jar
Tons of garlic!
1 Apple Cider vinegar jar
1 Onion
8 Cinnamon Sticks
*Black pepper added when everything is powder.

I blend everything together, put into a glass jar with plastic lid, add ACV and store in dark place/burp daily for two weeks.

It smells like the best Italian Dressing ever...

I then dehydrate into powder, mix in coffee grinder and make 000 capsules.

It will remove your tooth infection, help with the cold and inflammation ect.

I've made four batches so far..

Oil pulling. Something is rotting in your gums and oil pulling will pull it out. If that doesn't work Peroxide. Soak the area in Peroxide and hold it there trying to swish it between your teeth. Spit it out and rinse. Do it until the pain stops.
