Been beating my head off a project that teases me and thwarts me at the same time. Finally got to hear it run, but only on four cylinders. Have to rework the header on the passenger side to clear the spark plugs. But it did run, and sounded amazing for half an engine. So I'm rejoicing/sulking simultaneously with a few beers as I de-disaster my shed a bit.

Shit.

Strewn.

EVERYWHERE.

Oh well. A good day, nonetheless.

Sciatic pain sucks. I have to stretch my back, hips, and legs or mine acts up. Of course the cats think it's play time with me rolling around on the floor and both of them are on and around me..

rewind, there was an stretch study done concluding that 5 minute stretches were very effective on the body. Can you roll around and give yourself a massage?

I work on myself all the time. I am very limber and agile, in fact. Double jointed so I seriously can get to all areas of my body. I have a pestle I use to help some so I have the strength in my hands. working on yourself when you are tired is hard work. sometimes I just need rest and no one is resting good right now. Rest is so important.

what about you? Do you use ways to work your kinks out by yourself? I am my best cos I others touching me trying to help annoys me. :)

so the first thing that helped the sciatic is reached back there and rubbed those bumps good on both sides of the spine and then touched the floor with both hands, moved one leg bag a bit then the other leg and then i went back and forth like a pendulum. wow.. It was amazing actually and I wondered why I had not sooner? I am not able to sleep in my usual spot cos of the topper needing a few days. I am looking at it and so far it is longer then 48 hours and I hope it is not done puffing out? But the spot I slept in last two nights is why the pain..
