Blacking out to redact is a formatting thing in Word, but dropping into notepad strips out all formatting. Even if you converted it into a PDF. You have to print it, copy it and then scan and upload it. Bet alot of people don't know this with all the electronic filing that is going on all over America in the courts. Scary! |
