The lockdown in Israel coincides with the high holidays.
Maybe it's meant to stop people from congregating and partying, but it will also compel a lot of people not to work and to observe the old sacred rituals. These will probably be the most observed high holidays in Israel for 2000 years.
Something other than the corona monster is definitely afoot.
