I am Caucasion. And yeah you might need some DNA test to get that in your head. funny I am a quarter ojibwa, my grandmother was a respected medicine woman and village healer. It is said that type O blood does very well eating meat. That is half the population. Most Native Americans are type O. They will get sick with a vegan diet. Type A, B and AB do well with a vegetarian diet. No one does well with a vegan diet unless they have supplements. Even with that most will end up sick and giving up. I am type O . I did not do very well but I suspect that was related to how the animals are raised now and how much crap is added to the meat. It doesn't stir fry any more because of the water and chemicals added to hold the water. When I dropped meat.. a lot of my inflammation disappeared. I NEED cholesterol.. particularly because I went thru pituitary failure year sometime before 2000.... and I need the cholesterol. I eat 2 to 3 High quality eggs a day.. preferably from pasture raised chickens. I do fine on vegetarian food otherwise and I do enjoy a bit of cheese and yogurt but not too much because of the phosphate content. Baby cows need a lot of phosphate to grow fast and milky is high in that and dairy in excess is the leading cause of osteo arthritis... We need some phosphate.. its part of the ATP cycle... excess gets put in your joints. Some people store too much cholesterol. Maybe that is why some do well with hardly any animal products. From the blood type diet it says that A B and AB blood types don’t produce enough acid in their stomachs to digest meat. Not sure about all of that but we are all not made the same. Maybe that is why some people have vinegar with their meals to help with digestion. |
