The nitrate MUST MAKE A HUGE CRATER. We had a semi loaded with 23 tons of nitrate and the blow went 60 miles around and the crater was 20 feet deep in the highway. The fire engine charcoals at half a mile distance nobody went alive from that. The nitrate explodes at once and game over. In Beirut was something in some two distinct steps big red vertical blaze, several explosions and then within seconds the mushroom typical to big explosions.
