Are you sure a small nuclear device wasn't detonated in Beirut?

I watched a video someone posted earlier of the blast in very slow motion, I put the setting at 0.25. Here is the link:

start watching at 0.25 seconds into the video at the 0.25 speed. Have a little patience. When it gets to 0.27, look into the smoke in front of the building where that fire is burning and you will see a small flash of white light. Could that be the detonation of this possible bomb? Precisely at 0.30 the blast goes off, a bright orange light which IMMEDIATELY turns into a globe shaped fireball typical of a nuclear explosion.

Now, watch at 0.33, you will see the building right next to the explosion start turning to dust from the blast and look super closely, when it comes to 0.34 you can see where the blast wind reverses direction and blows back towards " ground zero". This is what is called the negative phase and it's when the static pressure will drop below normal atmospheric pressure and cause the blast winds to reverse direction.

it seems as though maybe a miniature nuclear device was detonated. I believe that the initial smoke and fire you see first in the video was to cover up the actual detonation of the device which you can barely see as a flash of white light.

My questions would be:

1. How the hell did someone detonate that thing? Could it have been detonated remotely?
2. Was it underwater or was it an airburst?
3. WHO the hell detonated that thing?
4. Are there such things as miniature nuclear devices? Could they be a new secret weapon?
5. Are there levels of radiation being measured from this ?
6. I've noticed that the media , even Fox news aren't reporting on this. A huge explosion possibly nuclear just went off in Beirut, people killed etc but all the news is talking about are the election(s) and schools opening back up.
7. President Trump said his generals told him it was an attack but the daily mail reported that the generals have said they did NOT tell him.

Remember you MUST watch the video in 0.25 speed and look at specifically what I pointed out at each specific point in the video and you will see what I am talking about.

0.34 in particular shows the reverse direction of the blast wind typical in a nuclear explosion
