You are underestimating Russia's military capabilities and overestimating your own.

Russia outmatches the UK in cavalry, the quality disparity between the Challenger 2 compared to the T90 is not large enough to offset the quantity. The UK has better trained crews, but this will not make the difference.

The UK will not be able to use their air assets willy nilly, at best the UK will be able to able to cover their lines, because Russia does not, I repeat, DOES NOT, have shit anti-air capabilities as you claim. Remember that they are geared for a war against NATO and they know they will be outmatched in quality and quantity in the air and they realised it is pointless to try to match even in quantity. Russia has built as HUGE anti-air network of static, mobile and manportable anti air artillery and rockets. Nobody even knows what the full S300 and S400 capabilities are, because the export versions have been gimped. Russias fighters and support aircraft have superior range to most of NATO aircraft including even the F22, on top of that it is likely that Russia will have local air superiority during offense if they deploy the S300 and S400 network.

Russia does have hypersonic missiles that the UK (or NATO for that matter) are as of yet unable to counter. It is very likely this will offset your aircraft carriers if it will not outright destroy them. These same missiles will also be able to hit any airbases, possibly significantly disturbing deployment of air assets.

Infantry? They go toe to toe, obviously a slight advantage for the UK in quality of training, but I wouldn't dismiss Russia

The UK beats Russia in naval capabilities, but again.. Russia will probably have control of the coast from the get go and deploy anti ship missiles, so I don't know how effective the blue water navy will be.

Can NATO beat Russia? Very likely, but the UK alone? Not by any stretch of the imagination. Even with full NATO backing it will be a costly war.
