Sure we do. We could have all the units we want, but if we don't have personnel, they won't do any good. We can do the great shuffle though... move patients around within states. But there is a real limit to how much capacity we can grow if we don't have the staff, either because we just don't have the staff, or staff start to fall sick or required to quarrantine. Unless the military is called in to help. There are a lot of untapped medical resources there.

The catastropic surge in India wasn't enough of a hint for CDC? Or the surges in places like the Maldives and the UAE despite much of their populations that had already been doubly vaccinated? CDC dropped the mask guidance during the time when the Delta variant was involved with these issues.

#BREAKING: New York State will mandate all state employees either be vaccinated or get tested regularly.
