Can you confirm that molecular tests are being reported as 4012657? (Molecular tests in terms of Texas is PCR tests) [ link to covidtracking.com (secure)] is confirming what I am seeing. Texas is reporting 6959 new cases and 12125 new PCR tests (Only PCR tests can lead to confirmed cases in Texas). That puts their daily positive rate at 57,39%. I'm sure this is just another reporting error for Texas... Yeah, not sure what's going on there. Covidtracking.com and Texas Health Department dashboard's total molecular test number does match at 4,012,657, so no problem there. But... Texas' Health Department is reporting ~37,800 new molecular tests and you can see that in the daily test chart provided, whereas I presume covidtracking reached the new daily molecular tests # by subtracting the previous day's total test # from the current day's test #. And actually, from what I can see, none of covidtracking.com's daily test # match up with what the Texas Health Department has reported.
