Megadosing Barleygrass
Been taking a couple of teaspoons per day of barleygrass for the last month. Definitely chilled me out.

I decided to up the dose today. So we'll call this...

Day 1 (August 7th 2020)


Feel much more relaxed. More in tune with myself. Kind like light is running through my body. Chlorophyll holds a lot of secrets, we hear.

Took even more. Feel relaxed but super tired now. Maybe I took too much. Just want to sleep now.

An hour or so later. Feel very clean and fresh, like I've been resting in the country for a couple of days. I guess the toxins have left my system.

Day 2

Woke up feeling rough. Drank a lot of barleygrass. Ate some chickpeas. Feel much much better. Will probably continue this for the rest of my life.

Im more relaxed with people... all I can say is I feel more myself. My intuition/psychic sense is also enhanced. I can see the inner world clearer now.

Generally feeling more chilled, more in control, and more myself. Have to remember to drink lots of water, otherwise I'll get tired.

It doesn't taste too good, that's for sure. Some brands are better than others. I put some in half a cup of orange juice, mix it with a chopstick... drink it, then have the other cup of pure orange juice to take away the taste. Not delicious but bearable.

I like chocolate too. It pairs well with barleygrass.

Day 3 Update.

Slept in the cybercafe and missed the train home. Mixed up some barleygrass on the concrete steps near Taipei Main station and drank it right there like a junky looking for a fix. In the taxi home (which is normally boring) I realized barleygrass and chlorophyll rich foods actually make you enjoy life. How about that?

Cucumbers work too. I lost a ton of weight with them last year. I'm convinced that chlorophyll holds many secrets.

More chilled now in general. Had some beers with a couple of friends. Realized that I prefer barleygrass to alcohol + beer...

Had a good day swimming with friends.

Day 5

Post Mortem on Sunday 9th. I felt good all day till I started drinking at 4pm. I only had 3 beers but it turned me into a dum-dum. I spent about 450TWD on two organic black beers and a berry cider. Felt stupid. If I'd spent that much money on barleygrass who knows how awesome I could have felt...

Lesson learnt. Be *very* sparing with alcohol.

Day 6

The barleygrass is consistently making me feel better. If I up my dose to a bottle per week that's still only 100TWD per day. I can find that easily, if I drink less booze.

It pairs well with ginseng. The grass lowers your blood pressure, and the ginseng gives you zing.

You will love Hydrilla, an obnoxious waterweed.
It is a superfood with lots of calcium, selenium and all sorts of nutrients.

Barleygrass works well with either citrus or MMS. Won't go into details, because I'm busy... but it's improving every single aspect of my health. More energy, better digestion, more calm, more focused, more lucid. I hope everyone feels like this one day.

Back when I was juicing heavily, I remember learning that citrus juices destroy the enzymes in green juices. If you're drinking fresh barely juice, you might want to try mixing with something other than OJ unless there's something in those unshared details we're missing?
