BEWARE OF OCTOBER 12TH

With all of the war talk and tension floating around in the Middle East these days, especially rumors that a war with Iran and Syria is immininent, there is one date that stands out as a day that deserves consideration for special attention, October 12th. Why?

HISTORICAL SIGNIFIGANCE OF THIS DATE:

October 12th, 539 BC - The army of Cyrus the Great of Persia (modern day Iran) conquers Babylon (modern day Iraq).
October 12th, 1492 - Christopher Columbus discovers America. This year will observe exactly 515 years since that momentous day, and 515 is the Greek gemetria for "the time appointed" (BIBLE - Galatians 4:2). [link to www.biblewheel.com]
October 12th, 2000 - The USS Cole is badly damaged in Aden, Yemen, by two suicide bombers, killing 17 crew members and wounding at least 39
October 12th, 2002 - Terrorists detonate bombs in Kuta, Bali, killing 202 and wounding over 300.
October 12th, 2007 - Al Quds day -- also known as "Jerusalem Day", or the "International Day of Al-Quds". This day is celebrated in an annual event opposing Israel's control of Jerusalem, or Al-Quds in Arabic.

The Iranian ultra radicals, led by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad believe they are leading Iran into a new “Persian Empire” which will lead the way for the arrival of the Muslim “messiah” known as the “Mahdi” who will be accompanied by Jesus Christ, whom Muslims believe was only a “prophet” sent by “Allah.” Because of their prophetic perspective and their belief that they must prepare the way for the “Mahdi,” many would not be surprised if the Iranians attempt to begin this effort to bring on the Mahdi by launching a military action against the United States and Israel in the near future, perhaps even on October 12th.

- Iran Promises "Final Response" to US and Israel on October 12th
Not only is October 12, the anniversary of Persia’s conquest of ancient Babylon but it is also a date that the radical Iranians have stated will be the day that the Iranian government gives its “final answer” to the United States and Israel regarding its nuclear program. [link to www2.irna.ir]

- Russians Evacuate Iranian Nuclear Facilities
Another factor that suggests something might be amiss on that day is the report that Russian nuclear technicians have evacuated from their assignment at the Bushehr nuclear reactor facility and returned to Russia without explanation according the Khorramshar News Agency. - The New Moon
Meanwhile, October 11th is the start of the new moon, which is when the US military, particularly the US Air Force likes to begin any aerial bombing attacks because it is easier to avoid aircraft detection when there is no moon to illuminate attacking planes or ground forces.

- Massive "Dirty Bomb" Terror Drills Planned On October 15th-20th
In preparation for major terrorist attacks, the U.S. has planned anti-terror "exercizes" on the week of Oct 15th in Portland-OR, Phoenix-AZ and Guam. Remember the drills scheduled on 9-11-2001??
