Donald Trump, the President who knows how to play hard-ball,
told us how he handled it;

1) He stepped into the negotiations personally.

2) When certain Board members would not agree to mandate the TVA head's firing, halt replacement hiring (at less pay) and re-hire 1000s of laid-off workers,

3) POTUS said "YOU'RE FIRED!" to the board members who did not agree to the deal. (a board consortium was achieved)

AND THE RESULT WAS......drum roll...

*ALL LAID-OFF WORKERS ARE BEING RE-HIRED
