In my small town any noise heard beyond your own sidewalk gets you a 3rd time noise disturbance $600 fine.

You can be in your home with a firearm in your hand. Just not in a public hallway taking an offensive posture toward law enforcement officials with an unholstered firearm.

If they truly serve their community, and you know they already get two weeks paid time off after this, it would be logical for them to submit to voluntarily receive drug and psychological testing while remaining under observation. The community must be reassured they don't have a trigger happy madman roaming freely among them. The thing most important, The Jury and NOT A JUDGE, shall decide if The People require charges be brought against the officer in question. If can all happen within the two week observation period! This would stay true to the spirit of a government that's at it's core, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, AND OF THE PEOPLE

He wasn't "answering his door", or he would have been inside. Look at his feet.

He didn't just "open the door". He jumped out into the hallway. Again, look at his feet and body movements. He displays aggression.
