Well, in theory I agree.

However, why should the taxpayers fund the cleanup and rebuilt of the riot torn cities that the governors and mayors of those effected city told the police to stand down and let the thugs run wild destroying everything in there path?

See, that's the problem with the so-called Democratic Recovery Bill.

Giving out free money is contributing to people not working. You cannot have a healthy economy if people are not working.
We have a debt based money system so the debt will never be paid back. Lastly don't worry about tax payers. The money they are giving out is way more then the tax collected from tax payers. This is about hyperinflation and the printing press. Expect extremely high cost on everything you need. You will be taking your virtual wheelbarrow to the store just to buy bread. You will have lots of money but will not be able to afford anything.
