I didn't look to see if they had fringe. Isn't today's press speech in the same place as yesterday's was? wondering why they use different flags than yesterday if that it true..... Yes the flag had yellow fringe but red and blue twisted cords instead of the yellow cords used today. And yes same place. Why the need to swap out flags between yesterday and today?
