Stock Market is a total scam and ticking time bomb in 2020... has been since 9/11.
That being said, Trump turns a blind eye to it, so yes, that will have a lot to do with him getting re-elected in November.
My guess is they will prop it up for another 4 years easily, while the big fish make their exit plan, then drop it all not the next President's head... Democrat or Republican.
