The flight crew will take him to wherever he decides to go after which they will return the plane.

He is still the sitting president. He has the right to use the plane for as long as the new pres is not officially installed.

I am not carrying anything. I was once in Minsk. The place is extremely safe 24/24 which is the total opposite of where I live. No diversity.

The sitting president is allowed to use the official flight for as long as he is still the President in place.

What would you say if someone other than Trump made use of Air Force One while Trump is still the sitting president?

It would amount to the exact same.

If Trump is voted out and he takes Air Force One on Jan. 20 and flees to another country, yes...

he will in that case be a thief.

Now we are arguing about whether Lukaskenka has the right to take the government plane to flee to Switzerland.

They flew Obama and Michelle out on Air Force One after Trump took over and was officially installed.

The plane was returned.

Lukashenko's successor is not installed yet. He has the legit right to use the plane until she is officially installed as the new President.

Trump did not forbit Obama to make use of Air Force One that time.

That was his prerogative.
