To be sure it was stupid to store ammonium nitrate in that warehouse but the big question is what was used to detonate the fertilizer?

As stated it is usually stable and needs the addition of a reducer to explode. In the video before the massive blast we see many white flashes inside the warehouse. What are these flashes that some have described as fireworks? I find it very doubtful that they would store fireworks in the same building as the fertilizer. I suspect explosives such as C4 or thermite were placed inside the building.

Israeli operatives could have planted the explosives or perhaps agents for Israel living in Beirut. I don't believe a missile was used as that would be to obvious. Also I don't buy the theory that Israel made a mistake and targeted the wrong building. You can be sure Israeli intel knew what was in the building and have known for years.
