the rumor went bigger as it was retold.

the original message is "scanners are being put in place to read vaccine certificates on phones"

it's already known that the vaccines will all be registered with rfd identification so that when you get the vaccine, that number will be scanned to your phone.

then...you walk around needing to be recognized as having been vaccinated.
