Muslims Torture And Murder The Only Christian Bookstore Manager In Gaza

Well if it was to take the spotlight off Israel, why is it not widely reported????????

My sympathy and respect to the family of the Christian Bookstore Manager. Such sadness!!

We might do well to remember that not too long ago Americans used to lynch and torch other Americans only because they had a different color!

The past.......pehaps it can help today.......but this is a different area of the world.......is it not......

I've had the fortune now to spend some more time in the world and have now come to the conclusion what when bad things have happened, when hell has broken loose be it in a big way or on a personal level, the question is not so much, "where is God" but , "where are YOU?"

Where are you in conjunction to this event? Are you in the thick of it? Far away but still aware of it? What can YOU do with the power and abilities God gave you to step in and help?

You see, God is not just this big giant hand in the sky who will come and smite one person or pluck another from harm's way. If that were the case, no one would do anything, they'd just say, "God will do it!" or "God is going to smite us, what's the use?"

But God is not a big hand in the sky. God is God. He set nature on its course and gave us free will. In times of darkness, we can use that will to either merdge with the darkness or shine.

Bad things happen. It is up to us to make some good come from the bad or at least help those affected by it be it being on the scene or simply praying for them.
