It's going to be that way everywhere they are section 8ing every town and city that is or used to be a great place to live. We see it every day now where I live and the same story, section 8 gave to them by the government.

Literally 5 minutes from the center of Toledo. Nothing abnormal going on at all around me. Shootings are up yeah but it just seems like normal gang stuff.

The thing is, there are several decent areas/burbs/rural communities 5 minutes from ground zero of Toledo. The nonsense is pretty well contained by these areas, for now.

Toledo is up and down. Downtown is not that bad, there are a couple of good minor league teams with decent stadiums that have spawned a fair amount of good fair around them.

Then there are the projects and old hoods that have all the crime and crap.

Then there are the surrounding areas that are better than most places that I have been to.

Not a native of the general area, but it isn't Chicago, Portland, Seattle, SF, or LA when it comes to the hardcore commies.
