Both sides are working together behind the scenes to passify the public and soon they will proclaim a strong come back of the economy and declare that another stimulus package is not necessary . as peoples unemployment runs out they are still dropped from the count of the unemployed and so the government assumes they have gone back to work . Trump promised to fix that lie but once he was elected he decided to cheap it and cheat the people like those that came before him . don't depend on government to help you . god helps them who help themselves . the government will help you only as one hog helps the other at the food dish .

Why wasn't it included in the executive order?

The government has hindered people for decades.

Simple. There is a major election in less than 90 days. 31 million unemployed registered voters can swing the election. Give them a little chump change through November and you're home free. That's why there was unemployment executive orders but no stimulus check for hard working American workers. We don't get $hit, because we will be voting for Trump or Biden anyway. In other words, being unemployed and losing everything could swing your vote.

Trump should give the rest of his paychecks to all the americans . Even if its 2 bucks a year to show he really cares. Rich or poor any american gets a cut of his pay.
