My granddaughter has that one. I, unknowingly, bought it for her. It doesn't bother me though. She knows that boys have weiners from seeing a baby's diaper being changed. Toys should always be checked first.

The packaging tells the kids to put them in cold or warm water depending on the type of doll to make it color change. It’s a gimmick, I remember color changing hair on barbies that you used an ice cube on when I was a kid that was the coooooolest thing ever.
