It’s official Tropical Storm Josephine

Tropical Storm Josephine made its debut Thursday morning in the mid-Atlantic as the earliest tenth named storm on record, according to the National Hurricane Center in its 11 a.m. update.
Josephine is about 975 miles east-southeast of the northern Leeward Islands and is moving west-northwest at 15 mph toward the Caribbean islands with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph.
