The 2 most reliable physiological indicators of gender are:

(1) Male shoulders are as wide as, and normally wider than, the hips.

(2) Male belly buttons are on, or very close to, the waist line, which is the circle of smallest diameter about the abdomen.

Kathy's shoulders are borderline male but her belly button is definitely in the male location.

Lack of "S"-curve in the spine is also a dead giveaway.

Great point but the spinal curve is tricky, that's why you'll see a lot of celebrity 'sexy' photos taken with body poses with intentinally extreme 'bending'. It creates the illusion of an S-curve, where one isn't.
